Processing of photographs is carried out in accordance with: Section 80 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

6. Data Retention Period
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the given purpose.
Typically:
- course participation data – for the duration of the course organization
- accounting records – according to legal obligations (usually 10 years)
- marketing consent – until the consent is withdrawn
After this period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized.

The organization has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against:
- unauthorized access
- loss
- misuse
- unauthorized alteration
